“A lawyer’s time and advice are his stock in trade”—Abraham Lincoln
Every criminal case is different. Every lawyer is different. Fees should be a representation of how much time and energy a lawyer will dedicate to a specific case; the complexity of the legal issues involved; and the potential consequences at stake.
Experienced criminal lawyers do not bill cases by the hour. After a careful evaluation of your case a flat fee is usually quoted.
Drew requires an in-person consultation. A fee will only be quoted after Drew has spent enough time with the potential client, or the family of the potential client, to understand the true nature of the case and the desired outcome of the client and his or her loved ones. Our phones are answered 24/7.
For out-of-state clients, consultations can be arranged via Skype, FaceTime, Google Chat or a similar web interface. In limited circumstances, such as homicide cases, Drew will travel for consultations.
