Our Experience

Ledbetter Cline, PLLC is a law partnership. Working out of their office in downtown Fayetteville, Arkansas, Drew Ledbetter and Courtney Cline Ledbetter represent every client as a team. Drew is a skilled trial advocate and former senior trial prosecutor. Courtney is a specialist in state and federal criminal law, and a successful litigator. Together Drew and Courtney have had a number of high-profile acquittals on capital murder cases and other serious felony cases, and as a team, they have established that they can win, even when the full power of the federal government is focused on convicting their clients. Drew and Courtney are a married couple, and are partners both in life and at work.

Drew Ledbetter

Drew Ledbetter was born and raised in Checotah, Oklahoma and has been living in Fayetteville, Arkansas for over 25 years. Drew graduated from the University of Arkansas School of Law in 2003 where he took top honors as a collegiate trial advocate; won the University of Arkansas Board of Advocates Trial Competition; and represented the University of Arkansas on the school’s traveling, competitive trial team.

Drew is the former Senior Trial Attorney and former Chief Deputy Prosecutor at the Benton County Prosecuting Attorney’s office. Drew tried his first capital murder case in 2005. Since then, he has defended clients charged with homicide under every section of the criminal code including Capital Murder, First Degree Murder, Manslaughter, Negligent Homicide and Attempted Murder. Drew has successfully defended against the death penalty and he remains a death penalty certified litigator in Arkansas.

Drew has developed a specialty in defending University of Arkansas students. Drew defends students charged with violating the University of Arkansas Code of Student Conduct, he defends students charged with Title IX violations, he defends student athletes facing suspension, and he defends students charged with offenses in our criminal courts.

Courtney Cline Ledbetter

Courtney Cline Ledbetter was born and raised in Jonesboro, Arkansas where she was the Valedictorian of Nettleton High School. Courtney graduated with honors from the University of Central Arkansas in 2005 and from the University of Arkansas School of Law in 2010. Courtney has a background in banking and medical billing, but now focuses exclusively on criminal law. Courtney tried her first capital murder case in 2011 and has represented clients across the entire spectrum of criminal offenses. She continues to focus on helping her clients achieve the best possible outcomes and cares about making a difference in their lives.
