Drew Ledbetter defends clients against a variety of criminal charges, including:  DUI, assault, battery, manslaughter, murder, drug crimes, hit and run, vehicular manslaughter, domestic violence, theft crimes, embezzlement, welfare fraud, arson, kidnapping, prostitution, burglary, terrorist threats, juvenile crimes, sex crimes, immigration, DWI/DUI charges, and criminal appeals.

Drew also handles a limited number of civil cases, particularly where the case is headed toward a trial and an attorney is needed for litigation.

Drew regularly appears in Arkansas Federal Courts, Washington County Circuit Court, Benton County Circuit Court, Madison County Circuit Court, Carrol County Circuit Court, Fayetteville District Court, Springdale District Court, Rogers District Court, Bentonville District Court, Benton County West District Court, Siloam Springs District Court, and all other surrounding city courts in Northwest Arkansas.  Drew also regularly appears in front of the University of Arkansas Judicial Board (J-Board).
